A group program designed for dietitians, just like you, who have completed the 12 Week Dietitian Counselling Skills Program.
You will receive ongoing support and accountability to further master your counselling skills to help your clients get better results and enhance retention to build a profitable practice.
Mastering counselling skills takes time and ongoing support is crucial for the effective application of these skills and additional skills that you will learn in the alumni program.
You will feel confident and certain that you are optimising the client experience, strengthening your mindset, developing your unique counselling framework for your niche and keeping clients long enough for them to get results.
This program is for you if:
- You have completed the foundational Dietitian Counselling Skills Program and want ongoing support to implement and apply the skills with your clients

Alumni Group Program Inclusions
1. Monthly live call
To discuss progress, questions and struggles with implementing counselling skills to your practice. You can also discuss client scenarios that you're finding challenging to receive guidance and an action plan of how approach them confidently and effectively.
- Attend live or watch the replays
- Submit questions in advance if not attending
- Real time feedback and opportunity to practice counselling skills
- Gain new insight into navigating mindset limitations (your own and your client's) and difficult issues your clients may be experiencing
2. Access to private chat group for daily support and assistance
- To get advice and support on questions in between the live calls to help you troubleshoot and address counselling questions/dilemmas you're experiencing
- You can ask questions daily anytime and have them answered within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday)
3. Private mentoring session x 1 (60 minutes) per quarter
- To be used to practice a role play of a consult or a mentoring session to go through your goals and strategies to enhance client retention, results and referrals
- Direct feedback on counselling process and personalised guidance for areas of improvement
- To be used throughout your time in the alumni program
4. New training per month by top guest experts in the field
- Guest speakers to help you advanced your knowledge and skills in clinical areas and business growth
- For example, eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, nutrition and neurodiversity, sales and marketing, building referral partnerships, business growth strategies

- How long is the program?
You can join the program for 6 or 12 months depending on what is best for you.
- What happens if I cannot attend the live question and answer calls?
You will be able to submit questions in advance to be answered on the call. You will have access to the replay within 24 hours. You can also ask questions daily in the chat group (they will be answered Monday-Friday within 24-48 hours).
- How long do I have access to the program material?
You have lifetime access to the monthly live coaching calls. You will have access to the monthly guest presentations on counselling skills and business growth for as long as you are enrolled in the program.
- Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not offered for the Alumni Group Program. If you have concerns or are feeling dissatisfied, please email me at [email protected]. We will be able to discuss your concerns and together, find a solution to ensure your time in the program is positive. My number one priority is for you to have a valuable and supportive learning experience.
